Patient Portal Access
A patient portal is a healthcare-related online applications that allow patients to interact and communicate with their healthcare providers.
Dr. Broszko completes all his visit documentation in an Electronic Health Record called CHARM.
Every patient who schedules an appointment will receive an email invitation to register for the patient portal.
In your CHARM patient portal, you will see all your lab results, visit summaries, invoices, exchange documentation, select your appointment slots and activate your telemedicine webcam visit.
